I Love to Tell the Story
The hymn I Love to Tell the Story is from the 1860s, with lyrics by Kate Hankey and a lively melody by William G. Fischer. Our Surprisingly Easy™ arrangement is fun to play! We recorded it in the kitchen of our cottage at Bay View, in northern Michigan.
“I love to tell the story of unseen things above,
of Jesus and his glory, of Jesus and his love.
I love to tell the story, because I know ’tis true;
it satisfies my longings as nothing else can do.
Refrain: I love to tell the story, ’twill be my theme in glory,
to tell the old, old story of Jesus and his love.“

The God of Abraham Praise
The beautiful hymn The God of Abraham Praise (LEONI) comes from the Jewish doxology “Yigdal” that’s sung during the Sabbath eve service.
“The God of Abraham praise,
Who reigns enthroned above;
Ancient of Everlasting Days,
and God of Love;
Jehovah, great I AM!
By earth and heaven confessed;
I bow and bless the sacred name
Forever blest.”
We recorded our demonstration video at our home in Holland (the Michigan one).
The Ends of All the Earth Shall Hear
The Ends of All the Earth Shall Hear is sung to the VISION tune written by William H. Doane in the 1880s.
“The ends of all the earth shall hear
and turn unto the Lord in fear;
all kindreds of the earth shall own
and worship Him as God alone.
All earth to Him shall homage bring,
the Lord of lords, and the King of kings.”
Again, we recorded our demonstration video in our cottage kitchen. We apologise for any traffic noise in the background!
